Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Delivery Driver with verifiable CDL-A driving experience to operate small delivery trucks and potentially assist with larger trucks as a backup driver. The role focuses on loading, transporting, and unloading equipment to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities include safety-first loading/unloading, conducting vehicle inspections, and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• CDL-Class A license with 2+ years verifiable driving experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record.
• Knowledge of Motor Carrier Safety Regulations/DOT guidelines.
• Ability to secure loads safely and securely.
• Ability to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport small equipment to predetermined locations with safety and compliance as the top priority.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring operational status and load securement per DOT.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members and report issues promptly.
• Support the Delivery Department as part of daily operations.
