Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to operate small delivery trucks with the ability to back up larger CDL-A vehicles. The role involves loading, transporting, and delivering equipment to branches, customer sites, and events.

Responsibilities include load/unload, pre/post-trip inspections, load securement, and clear communication with dispatchers and customers. A valid CDL-A, 2 years of verifiable driving experience, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card are

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Valid CDL-Class A driver's license.
• 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record.
• Working knowledge of Motor Carrier Safety Regulations/DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load, Unload, and Transport small equipment to and from pre-determined locations with safety and compliance as your top priority.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring all essential components are operational and proper load securement adhering to all DOT regulations.
• Load, Unload, and Transport equipment to and from pre-determined locations with safety and compliance as your top priority.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members, sharing relevant information and reporting any issues promptly.
