Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Arizona seeks an experienced route driver to operate tractor-trailers, delivering products to customers and supporting returns and pickups as needed. You will coordinate with dispatch and fellow drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and safe handling of goods.

The role requires at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CDL is required for tractor-trailer operation.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Good driving record for past 39 months.
• Ability to work overnights, weekends, layovers and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read/communicate in English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to predetermined destinations for delivery of trailer and product.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors and other drivers to ensure safe/on-time arrivals.
• Load and unload trucks for returns, pickups and deliveries.
• Perform daily vehicle condition reports on truck/trailer.
• Comply with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
