Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading on-site mobile maintenance and repair provider, is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join the Shop Team. The role involves shuttle runs, parts pickups, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting maintenance operations nationwide.

The ideal candidate has CDL-A and a background in driving, with the ability to lift heavy items, navigate routes, and work in a fast-paced shop environment. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL-A driver's license required.
• 1–3 years of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle heavy equipment.
• Must read/follow maps, routes, and GPS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle commercial vehicles to repair and post-repair areas; return home every evening.
• Pickup and deliver parts from local stores to the shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist with maintaining parts shelves and shop cleanliness.
• Transport customer trailers and trucks between yards and shop.
• Attend management meetings as requested.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
