Job summary

Ascentek in Minnesota is seeking a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver & Yard Jockey to move finished goods and materials between warehouses and customers in the metro area. This role rotates between shuttle driving and yard duties with a schedule that keeps you home nightly.

You'll need a DOT medical card, hazmat endorsement, and a clean driving record. The job offers competitive hourly pay, full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2 years driving experience in the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months or 2 in the last 12 months.
• No DWI or DUI in the past 5 years.
• Possess DOT Medical certification card and hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers between Ascentek and supplier facilities.
• Move trailers in and out of dock doors and reposition within parking lot.
• Maintain trailer inventory and update DOT dates as needed.
• Maintain current driver’s license with endorsements and medical card.
• Comply with DOT hours of service rules and log duties.
• Operate forklift and perform warehouse functions.
