Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Driver to deliver full trailers to the domicile and return empties to the Distribution Center in Rock Hill, SC.

This full-time role offers industry-leading pay and comprehensive benefits from day one. You'll maintain safety by inspecting equipment, securing cargo, keeping DOT logs, and staying compliant with regulations while supporting our nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) is required.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Secure product inside the trailer to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) per DOT regulations.
• May perform line haul and/or backhaul as needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.
