Job summary

Airgas in Grand Prairie, TX is looking for a Shuttle Driver (CDL A with Hazmat) to safely deliver compressed gas cylinders and safety products to local Airgas plants and branches. The role requires Hazmat and Airbrake certifications, a valid TX Class A CDL, and physical ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Valid TX Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat & Airbrake certifications required.
• 1 year of Class A driving in last 5 years OR 2 at-fault accidents in last 3 years (or equivalent mix).
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and up to 125+ lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to customer locations.
• Record deliveries and pickups on a load manifest with customer signatures.
• Adhere to Airgas SAFECOR standards and DOT/EPA/FMCSA/FDA/OSHA regulations.
• Provide warehouse or dock support as needed.
