Job summary

Agropur in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Warehouse Semi Driver to drive and deliver product, with duties including forklift operation and loading/unloading trucks. You will maintain load manifests, keep logs, and ensure compliance with DOT rules while supporting warehouse operations.

The role requires a Class A CDL with airbrake/tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and DOT compliance awareness. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, every 3rd weekend; compensation starts at $27.90/hour with annual pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience driving a truck and backing a trailer.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a forklift.
• Experience backing a trailer into a dock.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Slip Sheet Unit/Powerlift Jack operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain load manifests and all other vehicle documents, ensuring they are properly completed and balanced with truck counts and shipping documents before and after deliveries.
• Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Inspect company vehicle for visual defects when the vehicle is not running and operating defects when the vehicle is running; complete a daily inspection report per DOT rules.
• Comply with all DOT hours of service and rules of the road.
• Deliver merchandise to the appropriate location using the company vehicle; ensuring delivery receipt is signed by the receiver.
• Prepare, stage, load and unload trucks safely and accurately. Keep truck and trailer clean and swept.
• Fill out all logs accurately and submit to the proper people.
• Report any issues with equipment to manager or supervisor.
• Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management.
• Keep daily truck logs.
• Perform general maintenance of trucks.
• Take trucks in for inspection, service and maintenance.
