Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Route Sales Driver to grow beverage volume through direct selling, account maintenance, and on-time delivery to designated accounts.

You will maintain stock, merchandise displays, and POS materials, build strong customer relationships, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting a reliable, day-to-day route operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain POS advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Accurately and efficiently invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts through daily communication, problem resolution and follow up.
• Maintain neat appearance of all CCBCHC equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized back room and manage trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Perform required vehicle checks and load checks according to CCBCHC standard practices.
