Job summary

Lakin Tire West in Denver, CO is hiring a Full-Time CDL Class A Route Driver to run daily tire collection routes with a helper.

You will complete DOT paperwork, operate safely, and provide world-class service; shifts start early (3-6 am), 40 hours weekly with overtime, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must meet all FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
• CDL Drivers must be at a minimum of 22 years of age.
• Must have at minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience.
• Drivers must have a valid Class A Driver’s License.
• Clean DMV record (less than 3 points, no moving violations or accidents in the past 5 years, no DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must have a common working knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Doubles endorsements are a plus.
• If requested must be flexible with work schedule.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load tires (40lbs-75lbs) into trailers with helper.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Transport tires to and from customer locations.
• Ensure load is correctly placed and secure.
• Deliver materials to recycling facilities or yards.
• Maintain documents per DOT guidelines, ELD compliant.
