Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a dependable truck driver to transport construction materials to customer sites throughout the region. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain logs, and follow safety and DOT regulations to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required for Low bed/low boy.
• Valid Class B CDL required for Tilt and flat bed.
• Complies with all DOT physical requirements.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• M performs pre/post trip inspections daily to ensure vehicle safety and report problems.
• Drives to destinations following regulations and route knowledge.
• Maintains a truck log per state and federal regulations and company policy.
• Reports traffic or site condition issues promptly and locates job sites and access routes.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and performs preventive maintenance per Truck Driver's Handbook.
• Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
