Job summary

Metacycle is seeking a qualified Procurement & Logistics Driver in Gainesville, TX to safely transport bulk materials, including resin, and manage shipping/receiving, inventory, and quality lab duties in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.

The role supports loading/unloading, scheduling coordination, and reporting while maintaining vehicle upkeep and safety protocols. Prior CDL-A experience and forklift capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience.
• Knowledge of load securement practices.
• Experience with box vans, flatbeds, and bulk trailers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate company truck and trailer safely in DOT-compliant manner.
• Perform DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery with Production Scheduler.
• Unload/load resin materials and ensure proper paperwork.
