Schneider National is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for regional routes centered around Atlanta, GA. The role features predictable power lanes, a high volume of freight, and mostly drop-and-hook operations with 95% no-touch.

You’ll be dispatched in advance to optimize planning and drive within the Eastern 37 states. The package includes mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, a productivity incentive, and a guaranteed weekly minimum in the first 90 days.

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.04 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
