Job summary

Schneider National in Atlanta, GA is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional routes. You’ll handle high‑volume freight with 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook loads and advance dispatch for better planning, driving within the Eastern 37 states.

Pay includes mileage pay plus on‑duty hourly pay, weekly incentives, and a sign‑on bonus. Orientation is paid, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, plus an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Live within 60 miles of Atlanta to qualify.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.04 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
