Wooster Motor Ways is seeking CDL-A company drivers for regional lanes with daily local and regional runs. You’ll enjoy a strong pay structure: $1,500–$1,800 per week with a guaranteed $1,350 minimum, plus detention and breakdown pay.

Home time is daily or weekends depending on route, with frequent home time for Plymouth / Wabash area drivers. The role features modern LT equipment, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required.

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp-sensitive freight.
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork.
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery.
• Handle basic maintenance and keep equipment clean.

• Drop-and-hook pickups, live unload at delivery
