Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers to haul 53' reefer freight regionally across the Western 11 Region. New hires begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

This role offers solid weekly pay, mileage, and training pay, plus stop pay, monthly bonuses, and full benefits after 30 days. Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and flexible day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; at least 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, both experienced and recent CDL school graduates, to join our team running 100% no-touch reefer freight throughout the Western 11 Region. New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200–$1,300 per week
• $0.51 per mile
• Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months of experience)
• $15 per stop pay
• Monthly bonus opportunities
