Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team running 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

We offer weekly pay of $1,200–$1,300 plus $0.51 per mile, training pay of $850 weekly for 4–6 weeks for drivers under 6 months, $15 per stop, monthly bonus opportunities and a full benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6 months work in last year and 1 year in last 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, both experienced and recent CDL school graduates, to join our team running 100% no-touch reefer freight throughout the Western 11 Region. New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200–$1,300 per week
• $0.51 per mile
• Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months of experience)

Job Details

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; at least 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
