Regional Class A CDL Driver - 4 Days On, 4 Days Off - No-Touch Freight

Company: Fair Winds Transport - a Veteran-Owned, Family-Run company prioritizing drivers.

We offer steady, predictable work with a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule, allowing you to enjoy home time while earning competitive pay.

Schedule & Route Details

• 4 Days On, 4 Days Off - Reliable, predictable schedule
• Regional routes with two round-trips, home in between
• 100% Drop and Hook - No-Touch Freight
• Well-maintained equipment (2020+ models, automatic tractors)

Pay & Benefits

• Earn $22/hr + OT and Bonuses
• Overtime after 40 hours (expect 48+ hours weekly)
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision

• Paid Time Off accrues from day 1
• Performance bonuses when applicable

Job Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License in good standing
• At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
• Minimum age 21
• Clean MVR, ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, background check
• Basic tech skills: GPS, smartphone apps, logging systems
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
