American Driver seeks a CDL-A Regional Truck Driver for Midwest regional runs with weekly home time. Expect 2,100–2,300 miles per week, 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads, with 100% no-touch freight and 300-mile average per run.

Tractors are 2021+ Kenworths and Freightliner Cascadias, supported by 24/7 dispatch and safety teams. Time at home remains weekly with a 34-hour restart and competitive weekly earnings.

Position Overview

• Operation Area: Regional runs across the Midwest with weekly home placement.
• Weekly Volume: Expect between 2,100 and 2,300 miles per week (subject to HOS).
• Freight Handling: 100% no-touch operations. Work consists of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads.
• Haul Distance: Average distance per run is approximately 300 miles.
• Fleet Quality: Assigning 2021 or newer Kenworths and Freightliner Cascadias.
• Driver Support: Dispatch and safety assistance available 24/7.
• Weekly Take-Home: $1,200 to $1,400 gross per week.
• Mileage Rate: $0.57 to $0.64 CPM, determined by prior professional background.
• Sign-On Incentives: $4,000 .Paid in milestones
• Delay Compensation: $12.50 hourly detention pay starting after the second hour.
• Layover & Breakdown: $100 daily flat rate for unexpected downtime.
• Safety Incentives: Earn up to an additional +3 CPM for clean driving and high productivity.
• Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) plans and paid time off (PTO) after a 30-day waiting period.
