Rouse Trucking in Raleigh, NC is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional, no-touch freight with most runs around 250 miles. Weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,450 and includes extra pay for detention, layovers, and transition time in the early weeks.

Drivers enjoy home time every weekend, a dependable 48-hour reset, and assignments on a late-model Freightliner Cascadia with modern amenities. Health coverage and 401(k) come after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with a minimum of one year of documented over-the-road experience.
• Willing to work regional routes on a Monday–Friday schedule.
• No-touch freight experience preferred.

Practical regional freight and dependable route coordination keep experienced CDL-A drivers moving through the week with manageable runs, consistent scheduling, and reliable weekend home time. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional freight moves across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. This lane setup supports productive weekday driving without relying on extended trip lengths.

• Approximately 50% of freight is drop and hook to reduce time spent waiting at docks
• No-touch freight means drivers aren't responsible for loading or unloading

Home Time: Drivers operate Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | The weekly schedule includes a dependable 48-hour reset at home

Your Truck:

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seating
• Battery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunks
