Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you're in these areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Driver Pay Rates

• Start at $0.60 per mile for trainees
• Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earn over $95,000 annually
• All miles paid, loaded or empty, unless going home
• Additional pay for stops and pickups

Additional Compensation and Benefits

• Orientation and training pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper fee paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); drivers are not required to unload unless they choose to
• Breakdown pay: $15.50/hour, up to 10 hours
• Layover pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time (must be available for work)
• In-transit layover pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

• Average weekly miles: 2,000+
• Main driving region: multi-state
• Truck assignments may vary; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• 75% drop-and-hook shipments; 80% live unloads

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48'-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
