We offer well-paying regional truck driving opportunities with weekly home time, outstanding benefits, and lots of extras. Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year!

Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Drive Strong & Make Gains

• Driver Pay Rates: Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
• Trainees: Start at $0.60 per mile
• New Pay Increase: Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience! Top drivers earn $95,000+
• All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• Extra Stop/Pickup pay
• Orientation and Training Pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper: Paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds)
• Breakdown Pay: $15.50/hour (max 10 hours)
• Layover Pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time (must be available for work)
• In Transit Layover Pay: $140 for each load with multiple drops

Work and Route Details

• Average Weekly Miles: 2,000+
• Main Driving Region: Multi-State
• Truck Assignments: at any JBS terminal; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• 75% of shipments are drop/hook; 80% are live unloads

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
