Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Drive Strong & Make Gains

• Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
• Start as a trainee at $0.60 per mile
• Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earn $95,000+

All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home. Additional pay details include:

• Extra Stop/Pickup
• Orientation
• Training Pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper: paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); drivers unload only if they choose
• Breakdown Pay: $15.50/hour, max 10 hours
• Layover Pay: $140 for each 24-hour idle period (must be available for work)
• In Transit Layover Pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

• Main driving region: multi-state
• Truck assignments may vary across terminals; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• 75% drop/hook, 80% live unload

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’–53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
