Route Details

Pay & Benefits

Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Equipment Setup

Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space for additional comfort during multi-day runs. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance network focused on minimizing service delays.

Operating Schedule

Drivers run a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or park at a company location if preferred.
