Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you're in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Driver Pay Rates

• Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
• Trainees: Start at $0.60 per mile
• Experienced Drivers: Earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earning $95,000+
• All miles paid, loaded or empty, unless going home
• Extra Stop/Pickup pay
• Orientation and Training Pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper: Paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they choose to ($2.50 per thousand pounds)
• Breakdown Pay: $15.50/hour, max 10 hours
• Layover Pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time (must be available for work)
• In Transit Layover Pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

• Truck Assignments: may vary across terminals; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• Route Details: 75% drop/hook, 80% live unload

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
