Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Driver Pay Rates

• Start at $0.60 cents per mile for trainees
• Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 cents per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earning $95,000+
• All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• Extra stop/pickup pay
• Orientation training pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper fee paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); no driver unloads unless they choose to
• Breakdown pay: $15.50/hour, max 10 hours
• Layover pay: $140 for each instance after 24 hours of idling (must be available for work)
• In transit layover pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops
