Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A Driver in the Phoenix metro area to deliver dry freight with top-tier sleeper trucks, automatic transmissions, and 53‑ft trailers. The lane serves AZ, UT, and parts of Southern CA, with a 34-hour weekly reset for home time.

Eligibility requires a valid Class A CDL, 21+, and 3+ months of CDL-A experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, Life/AD&D, PTO, and a 401(k); a pay disclaimer applies to experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate, averaging 3 loads per week.
• Loads begin in Phoenix, AZ, delivering to AZ, UT, and some Southern CA
• Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly
• Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft trailers
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

If you are an experienced CDL-A Driver within the Phoenix metro area, come drive for C.R. England to deliver dry freight.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees. Loads begin in Phoenix, AZ, delivering to AZ, UT, and some Southern CA

Unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate, averaging 3 loads per week.

Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly

Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft trailers

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver requirements:

• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
