SchoolHouse Staffing is actively seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for regional and OTR opportunities across Arizona. You will operate late-model, automatic tractors with modern equipment and support from a professional dispatch team.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $85,000+ per year, with potential bonuses and route-based variations. Expect consistent miles, home-time considerations, and long-term career stability through an established transportation operation.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
• Be qualified to operate in interstate commerce
• Have at least 4 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Meet applicable DOT and employer qualification requirements
• Maintain safe and professional driving practices
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel
• Be dependable and committed to completing assigned routes safely

Responsibilities

• Interact with dispatch to review available routes and schedules
• Drive regional and OTR routes in Arizona based on location and openings
• Operate late-model tractors with automatic transmissions and APUs
• Maintain safety and compliance with all regulations
• Provide dependable, high-quality customer service and on-time deliveries
