Job summary

American Driver LLC in Northwest Indiana seeks Class A drivers for regional/OTR runs out of the Gary area. You’ll enjoy home weekends, a strong pay scale starting at 0.56 per mile with tenure increases toward 0.65, and 1,700–2,400 miles weekly plus $15 per stop (except first/last).

A monthly performance bonus and weekly pay keep compensation steady. New CDL-A grads are welcome with paid one-on-one mentor training before solo, and full solo pay the day you finish.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license in home state and 21+.
• New grads welcome (120+ school hours) or verifiable experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned trucks on OTR lanes from the Gary area.
• Maintain home-time preferences with weekly miles targets.
• Train with a mentor before solo and earn full solo pay after completion.
• Meet safety and performance standards to maximize weekly pay.
