Job summary

DFA, based out of our depot in McDonough, Georgia, is seeking a dependable CDL-A delivery truck driver to operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver ice cream products on an assigned route schedule.

Compensation is $32.70 per hour with overtime after 40 hours; benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and more. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years related experience in food-service industry preferred.
• Valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently.
• Manually unload/deliver ice cream products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude.
