JRayl Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Hybrid Dry Van Drivers in Cheswick, PA, home weekends & during the week. JRayl is a family-owned logistics company with 35 years of experience and a strong focus on a family environment for drivers.

Compensation includes starting weekly pay of $1,500, customizable pay packages (mileage or hourly plus layover), and bonuses for veterans, safety, referrals, and performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record in last 12 months (no more than 2 violations).
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Preferred within 50 miles of Cheswick, PA or willing to relocate.

JRayl Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Hybrid Dry Van Drivers in Cheswick, PA, home weekends & during the week! J. Rayl is a large, asset-based logistics company that has been family owned and operated for 35 years. Founders Tim Rayl and Jim St. John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron, OH. Since its humble beginnings, J. Rayl has grown tremendously but still maintains a focus of creating a unique family environment for their CDL Class A Truck Drivers.

Compensation

• Starting weekly pay: $1,500
• Customizable pay packages based on choice of overnight trips
  • Mileage or hourly plus layover
• Pay based on experience & performance
• Bonuses
  • Military Veteran bonus 2 CPM
  • Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter with no violations
  • Safety Bonus: NO VIOLATION inspections - Level 1: $500, Level 2: $250, Level 3: $100
  • Referral Bonus: $1,250 paid out after referral runs their first load - After 90 days of employment
  • Extra $0.25 for every mile over 10,000 in a month - paid out the following March
• Paid via direct deposit weekly (2 week hold back)

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time: Home every weekend & home some nights during the week
  • Minimum of 1 overnight trip during the week, your choice for additional overnight trips
• Schedule: Sunday through Friday (5.5 days week)
  • Flexible schedule available (Ex: M-F or T-Sat)
• Route: Varies by customer
• Level of Touch: All No Touch Freight

• 2020 or newer International/Kenworth
• Packard (Kenworth) S13 Engine/T14 Transmission (International)
• Inverters in all trucks
• Samsara ELD
• Heaters/Double Bunks
• Governed speed: 68 mph
  • Long Haul 75 mph

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A License
