Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver to join our fleet. Earn an average of $93,600 per year with weekly pay and consistent home time on regional runs between New York and Wisconsin, mostly no-touch canned goods freight.

Late-model sleeper equipment, 53' dry vans, and occasional load securement. Depart Sundays or Mondays with 5- or 6-day options offering midweek or weekend home time.

Qualifications

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire.
• Must meet English language requirements.

Responsibilities

• Haul mostly no-touch canned-goods freight on regional routes.
• Operate on regional routes between New York and Wisconsin.
• Occasional load securement and use of late-model sleeper equipment with 53' dry van.

• $0.57 CPM
• $21 per stop
• Paid weekly

Shift Details

Job Requirements

• Minimum 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT‑recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire
• Must meet English language requirements
