Drive with Us and Earn a Minimum of $1,450! Sign-On Bonus Available!

As a dedicated regional driver, you’ll operate 48 ft. flatbed trailers and enjoy the comfort of being home weekly!

• Average Weekly Miles : 2,000-2,200
• Pay Increases : $0.01 at 90 days, then $0.01 annually until reaching a cap of $0.70 cpm
• Monthly Performance Bonus : Up to $0.05 cpm
• Per Diem : $0.10 cpm included in pay
• Military Service Pay : Up to $0.02 cpm for verified service
• Tarp / Securement Pay : Total of $50 ($25 for each task)
• Stop Pay : $15.00 per pickup and delivery
• Detention Pay : $20 / hour, capped at $200 per day
• Layover Pay : $75 for first 24 hours, $100 thereafter
• Breakdown Pay : $100 for day one, up to $200 for additional days
• Chicago Cross Town Loads : $40 plus mileage

Job Location : Primarily in the Midwest (IA, IL, IN, WI, MN, KS, MO, NE, OH, PA)

Home Time : Enjoy a minimum 34-hour reset at home on weekends

Freight Types : Wallboard, coils, lumber, and steel building products (100% no touch)

Equipment : You’ll drive a 2020-2024 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia, all equipped with necessary amenities including APU, Inverter, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Microwave, and more.

• Weekly Paychecks : Direct deposit

• Paid Orientation : $500 upon completion

Orientation Location : Fort Dodge, IA for 3 days
