Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Columbus, OH. This role offers good home time with family, often home during the week or on weekends, and routes that cover the East Coast and Northeast.

Trucks are up to date with automatic sleepers and necessary equipment. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, with loads of trim and molding, and company benefits begin after 30 days. Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and PTO after day 1 are included.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• 5 years' experience within last 10 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 9 months within last 3 years.
• Must pass Ryder Drug Test, background check, and DOT physical.

Responsabilités

• Operate regional routes within the East Coast and Northeast.
• Follow schedule: Sunday–Thursday, home 1–2 days weekly, 4–5 days out.
• Load security and delivery of trim & molding products.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,975
  • Solo Miles Pay:$0.78 per Mile with 2100 Miles per Week
  • Solo Stops Pay:$35.00 per Stop with 4 - 5 Stops per Week
  • Per Diem Pay: $60 per night with 2 - 3 nights per Week
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Schedule: Sunday- Thursday
• Home Time: Home 1-2 days weekly, 4-5 days out
• Start Time:1st Delivery at 7:00 am
• Route: East Coast and Northeast
• Load Securement Only - Trim & Molding

Equipment

• Trucks are 36 months or newer
• Automatic Sleepers; Refrigerators, Invertors, Microwave and Tri-pac & Outward Facing Cameras
• Curtainside or Flatbed 48' & 53'
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Drug Testli>
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 50 miles of Columbus, OH
