Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight is seeking a CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver with no prior driving experience. Trainees receive paid instruction and a clear path into regional freight work.

After completing training, you will haul dry van freight on regional routes with drop-and-hook loads and brand-new trucks, backed by weekly home time and weekly pay. The package includes medical and vision insurance, with a 401(k) plan and company match.

Qualifications

• No professional driving experience is required.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight on regional routes with drop‑and‑hook loads.
• Operate brand-new trucks on assigned routes.
• Complete paid training before moving into regular regional work.
