Job summary

O'Connell Motor Freight is hiring a CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver with no prior driving experience required after CDL school completion. After 120 hours of instruction, you join paid training and then regional runs with drop-and-hook freight.

You’ll operate brand-new trucks with weekly pay ($1,600–$1,800+) and weekly home time, plus medical, vision, 401(k) with match, and driver+pet policies. No experience necessary to start this first driving job.

Qualifications

• No professional driving experience required.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of CDL school.
• Paid training before regular regional work.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight on regional routes with drop-and-hook loads.
• Complete paid training before moving into regular regional work.
• Operate new equipment and maintain safe driving practices.
