Job summary

TTR Trucking, an Amazon Freight Partner, is hiring Class A CDL drivers for full-time and part-time roles in the Penns Grove area. You will haul Amazon loads with no-touch freight using Amazon-branded equipment and drive local and regional routes with a 10-hour reset.

Expect a minimum of 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and additional shifts. All qualified applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid Class A CDL, pass a DOT physical, and clear a background check and drug screen.

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass DOT Physical.
• Must speak/read/write English clearly.
• No CDL suspension or revocation on record.
• Clean MVR and DAC report.

Responsibilities

• Haul Amazon loads with no-touch freight using Amazon-branded equipment.
• Operate local and regional routes with a 10-hour reset cycle.
• Work at least 40 hours per week with possible overtime and extra shifts.
• Contribute to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for Amazon.

Class A CDL Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner (Regional, $24 per Hour)

Compensation: $24 per Hour (Overtime is available at this time)

Location: Penns Grove, NJ

TTR Trucking is hiring full-time and part-time, motivated Class A CDL drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program. We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul exclusively for Amazon and are making on-the-spot job offers contingent on meeting eligibility and background check requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Haul Amazon loads (100% no touch freight) using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including brand new Sleeper Trucks
• Drive local and regional routes for a dedicated shift time - reset for 10 hours - and then start work again which will bring you back to the home yard location.
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with an opportunity for additional shifts and overtime
• Play a key role in keeping Amazon’s commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place

What you’ll need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Must successfully Pass DOT Physical
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report
• Successfully pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS
