Job summary

American Driver is seeking a CDL-A Regional Driver in Winston-Salem, NC. New grads welcome. This no-touch regional fleet maximizes your time on the road with about 2,500 miles weekly and a 14-on/2-off cadence, with day or night shifts available.

A paid 4–6 week mentorship at $650 weekly starts after training, plus $300 orientation and $15 per stop. Benefits begin on day 31 and include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and PTO. Rider and pet policies apply after graduation.

Qualifications

• Active CDL-A license and age 21+.
• Completion of certified CDL driving school (≥120 hours).
• Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in last 60 months.
• Must pass DOT physical and hair/urine drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional no-touch freight routes.
• Maintain safe driving and on-time deliveries.
