You will run an Eastern Mid-Atlantic lane, perform safety checks, manage logs, and maintain equipment, with 40 openings on the fleet and orientation lodging provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with minimum 3 months verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and comply with federal testing requirements.
• Hiring within 50 miles of Tar Heel and Clinton, NC.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitor hours of service and logs.
• Transport freight on schedule across the Eastern Mid-Atlantic (NC, VA, MD, PA, DE, DC).
• Deliver no-touch freight, averaging 10 loads per week.
• Verify load counts, seals, and paperwork; secure freight; complete bills of lading and delivery documentation.
• Represent the client professionally at customer locations and maintain equipment condition.
• Report mechanical issues promptly to prevent breakdowns.
