Job summary

TARGET is seeking a CDL-A Regional Driver for routes based from West Jefferson, OH. You will handle dedicated regional freight to downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs, with preloaded tri-temp and dual-temp trailers. Overnight shifts apply, with 2–3 days at home weekly and a 34-hour reset.

Expect snooping, unloading by driver in most stores, liftgate/pallet-jack tasks, and driving automatic transmissions on 28- and 53-foot trailers. Overnight scheduling varies with freight demand.

Qualifications

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,900


• Average Annualized Pay: $96,758


• Top Weekly Pay: $2,550

• Mileage pay, stop pay, and detention pay


• Home 2-3 days per week


• 34-hour reset


• 24/7 operation with variable shifts and no set days off


• Primarily overnight operations, currently running between 9:00 PM and 12:00 PM


• Workdays and days off depend on freight demand

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL


• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
