Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is seeking dependable Company Drivers for daily local and regional runs. Earn between $1,500 and $1,800 per week with a $1,350 weekly minimum.

Drivers live in the Plymouth/Wabash area are home frequently as part of our regional lanes and steady miles, plus a transparent pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation with several weeks of paid time off based on tenure.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• TWIC card preferred but not required.
• Must pass and maintain DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to haul freight regionally.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo with proper handling for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
• Maintain accurate hours of service logs and DOT paperwork.
• Verify bills of lading and obtain signatures and receipts.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep equipment clean.
