Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional Gulf Coast fleet, with bases in Texas. New hires receive up to two days of orientation, lodging covered, and a $300 first-week hire payment, followed by about 200–250 learning hours at $850 per week under a mentor.

After solo, weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,300, with a $1,000 weekly minimum after three months, plus mileage, fuel and safety bonuses. Riders and pets are allowed under conditions.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required, 21 or older.
• New CDL grad or recent experience acceptable.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a regional Gulf Coast fleet based in Houston.
• Maintain safe operation and follow routing for loads.
• Participate in paid mentor-led training before solo dispatch.
