Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a CDL-A Regional Driver based in Ashley, IN. Earn an average of $1,700–$1,850 per week, with top earnings around $2,200 weekly and annual potential $80,000–$115,000+. The role offers frequent home time, mileage-based pay, unload and backhaul pay, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 180 days.

Expect home time 3–4 times per week, night driving with early-morning deliveries, and potential night/weekend/holiday work. Training includes a 1-week ride-along at $150/day.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated regional touch-freight account.
• Deliver 100% driver-unload freight using rollers.
• Maintain typically 1,110 miles per week with 3 loads per week.
• Make 3–5 stops per route across Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.
