Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Rockies regional route. Loads begin in Tacoma, WA, with no-touch freight and a typical 18 stops per week across WA, CO, UT, ID, CA and MT. Home time is every two weeks, with orientation covered if travel is needed.

Average earnings are $1,505 per week (about $78,260 annually). Trucks are new automatics; pay includes per-mile and bonus incentives; safety and DOT requirements apply.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 3 months verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
• An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history; pass pre-employment drug screen and comply with federal testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep logs current.
• Transport freight on schedule across Washington, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, California and Montana; communicate with fleet manager about delays.
• All loads begin in Tacoma, WA; multi-stop route with ~18 stops per week; no-touch freight.
• Verify load counts, seals, and paperwork; secure freight and complete bills of lading accurately.
• Represent the client professionally at customer sites; maintain equipment and report mechanical issues promptly.
