Job summary

The Employee Connect is hiring CDL-A regional truck drivers for a Tacoma, WA dedicated retail account. You’ll operate a Class A tractor-trailer on a multi-stop route with no-touch freight, starting in Tacoma and delivering to stores across WA, CO, UT, ID, CA and MT.

Home time every two weeks with average earnings of $1,505 per week (about $78,260 annually). Trucks are new automatics; pay combines per mile and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months verifiable driving experience.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements and hold current DOT medical certification.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and comply with federal testing throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally; complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Transport freight on schedule to multiple states with planned fuel/rest stops and proactive communication with fleet manager.
• All loads originate in Tacoma; multi-stop routes with ~18 stops per week.
• Freight is no-touch with occasional pallet-jack assistance.
• Verify load counts, seals, and paperwork; secure freight and complete delivery documentation.
• Represent the client professionally and report mechanical issues promptly.
