Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must have CDL A license.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in last 5 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in last 3 years, depending on severity.
• Must meet DOT testing/physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Hiring radius: live within 45 miles of York, PA or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch regional dry van in assigned routes.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance with company policies.
• Adhere to schedule: home weekends, leave Sunday/Monday, home Friday/Saturday.
• Utilize company equipment with ESOP ownership mindset.
