Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL A Regional Driver for a 100% no-touch dry van route across OH, MI, KY, IN, and IL with a predictable weekly pattern. You’ll be home every week with a minimum 34-hour reset, have access to bonuses, stop pay, load pay, and full benefits after 30 days.

401(k) and tuition reimbursement are available as part of the package. Typical week ranges 1,500–1,800 miles with regional lanes and steady miles, plus paid orientation and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (120+ hours); new grads accepted.
• Fair driving record no major accidents, violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years; no recent DUIs.
• Not terminated from most recent employer for safety reasons.
• Consistent 10 year work history no more than 6 months unemployed in the last year, or 12 months in the last 3.
• Must pass pre employment urine and hair drug screens, background checks, and required verifications.

Education

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,500
• Base pay of $0.56 to $0.64 per mile, based on experience and miles

• $15 stop pay, plus $40 load pay on most loads
• Up to $0.06/mile monthly performance bonus
• Typical mileage of 1,500 to 1,800 miles per week
