American Driver seeks a regional CDL-A driver to cover 11-state routes across the Southeast and Midwest. You will represent the company professionally at each stop, ride along initially for orientation, and enjoy a supportive team behind you.

This role offers 100% touch freight, live unloads, and a home weekly reset. You can expect a weekly gross around $1,900–$2,270 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL-A license and have at least 3 months verifiable driving experience.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• No major violations in the last 5 years and clean driving record in the last 2 years.

Route Highlights:

What You’ll Earn:

• $1,900 to $2,270+ average weekly gross, $88K to $98K+ annually
• $0.81 to $0.84 CPM based on verified experience
• $335 per full trailer unload, $25 per stop, $50 backhaul pay
• All-in $1.35 CPM including accessorial and stop pay
• $2,500 sign-on bonus

On the Road:

• 100% touch freight, live unloads at FD stores with rollers
• 3 loads a week, 3 to 7 stops per load
• 1,200 to 1,500 miles weekly
• Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
• Early morning starts, deliveries throughout the day
• Home weekly for your 34‑hour reset

Requirements:

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, minimum 3 months verifiable experience
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years, none major in the last 5
• Max 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years (10 if held a CDL at the time)
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen, no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years
• SAP drivers not eligible
