American Driver is seeking drivers for a Fort Worth area regional account handling beverage freight with a dedicated planning team. No touch freight is conveyed via live load/unload facilities, with payroll tied to performance and productivity.

Expect 1,500–2,500 miles weekly, with new-driver pay starting at 1,000–1,500 USD weekly and experienced pay from 1,500–2,200 USD weekly. Two weeks home time, orientation pay included, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; training pay starts at $0.50 per mile during ramp-up with an experienced trainer.
• 120+ hours of CDL school required.
• 6 months OTR in the last 12 months or 12+ months across last 5 years.
• 21 years or older; Class A CDL per state residency.
• Max 2 moving violations in last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Hair and urine drug screen; DD214 accepted for military experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional freight routes with no-touch freight.
• Deliver beverage loads 1,500–2,500 miles per week.
• Follow production delivery timelines and dedicated planning guidance.
• Two weeks on schedule, home every two weeks; weekend work possible.

Freight & Equipment

• No touch: freight is handled by live load and live unload facilities, plus drop and hook and preload work.
• Beverage, packaging, and dunnage loads running on production delivery timelines.
• 1,500 to 2,500 miles per week, $15 per stop.

Qualifications

• Brand new CDL-A? Training pay starts at $0.50 per mile on a 6-month band, running with an experienced trainer.
• 120+ hours of CDL school required.
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months across the last 5 years.
• 21 years or older, Class A CDL matching your state of residence.
• Max 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Hair and urine drug screen; DD214 accepted for military experience.

Pay Structure

• New drivers: $1,000 to $1,500 per week while ramping up.
• Once experienced: $1,500 to $2,200 per week, tied to your experience pay tier and productivity.
• 3-month pay guarantee kicks in after your first solo dispatch.
• DPP and a driver performance bonus program both apply.

Home Time

• Two weeks on schedule, home every two weeks.
• Day and night runs, weekend work expected, holidays sometimes.
