Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Truck Driver to join our regional fleet near Rockford, IL. You’ll haul no-touch dry van freight across regional lanes with predictable weekly home time and dispatch support.

You’ll drive late-model Peterbilt 579 tractors, receive comprehensive four-day orientation with no out-of-pocket costs, and access our Path to Success pay program and a full benefits package. If you have a valid CDL-A, a clean DOT medical card, and at least 6 months of recent experience,

Role: CDL-A Truck Driver

Compensation: Weekly pay of $1,325 to $1,645

Fleet: Late-model Peterbilt 579 tractors equipped with driver comfort features for regional driving and dependable weekly miles.

Routes & Home Time: Regional lanes provide a consistent operating area with home weekly scheduling and dispatch support to help coordinate freight throughout the week.

Drivers move dry van loads across regional routes with weekly home time built into the schedule, creating a practical balance between time on the road and regular time at home.

Freight: No-touch dry van freight keeps the driver's responsibilities centered on safely moving loads across regional lanes rather than handling cargo at customer locations.
